Product Sales Manager – Programmatic Ad-Exchange

About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic Product Sales Manager to drive the adoption and sales of our Programmatic AdExchange platform (AdxBridge). The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of RTB, VAST, Header Bidding, and programmatic advertising, with experience in selling programmatic solutions to agencies, advertisers, and publishers.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute sales strategies to drive adoption of the programmatic AdExchange platform.
Build relationships with DSPs, SSPs, agencies, and brands to onboard them to our ecosystem.
Collaborate with product and tech teams to align sales strategies with platform capabilities.
Identify market opportunities and recommend product enhancements based on client feedback.
Manage end-to-end sales cycles, including lead generation, negotiation, and deal closure.
Monitor sales performance, track KPIs, and provide insights for revenue growth.
Stay updated on programmatic industry trends, technologies, and competitor offerings.

Requirements

4+ years of experience in programmatic sales, ad tech, or media buying.
Strong knowledge of oRTB, VAST, OpenRTB protocols, Header Bidding, and ad exchanges.
Established relationships with advertisers, DSPs, SSPs, and agencies.
Proven track record in B2B SaaS/AdTech sales.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
