Product Sales Manager – Programmatic Ad-Exchange

About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic Product Sales Manager to drive the adoption and sales of our Programmatic AdExchange platform (AdxBridge). The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of RTB, VAST, Header Bidding, and programmatic advertising, with experience in selling programmatic solutions to agencies, advertisers, and publishers.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and execute sales strategies to drive adoption of the programmatic AdExchange platform.
• Build relationships with DSPs, SSPs, agencies, and brands to onboard them to our ecosystem.
• Collaborate with product and tech teams to align sales strategies with platform capabilities.
• Identify market opportunities and recommend product enhancements based on client feedback.
• Manage end-to-end sales cycles, including lead generation, negotiation, and deal closure.
• Monitor sales performance, track KPIs, and provide insights for revenue growth.
• Stay updated on programmatic industry trends, technologies, and competitor offerings.
Requirements
• 4+ years of experience in programmatic sales, ad tech, or media buying.
• Strong knowledge of oRTB, VAST, OpenRTB protocols, Header Bidding, and ad exchanges.
• Established relationships with advertisers, DSPs, SSPs, and agencies.
• Proven track record in B2B SaaS/AdTech sales.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
