Affiliate Account Manager (MMP )

An affiliate account manager is responsible for managing and cultivating strong affiliate relationships with prospective accounts in the assigned territory. An affiliate account manager who is a point of contact for affiliates, manages a portfolio of accounts; works cooperatively with departments like operations, marketing, sales, finance, technical and others; prepares accurate and timely report of various affiliate account activities; and plans and implements local marketing campaigns.

To be successful as an affiliate account manager, you should demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills, knowledge of excel, and the ability to manage multiple tasks at once. Ultimately, a quality affiliate account manager should demonstrate great customer service skills, strong business acumen, and problem-solving skills.

Affiliate Account Manager Responsibilities:

  1. Nurture existing affiliate relationships, support them with various innovative ideas for campaign optimization.
  2. Allocate targets to affiliates and ensure that targets for the respective campaigns are met within specified timelines.
  3. Identify and onboard publishers, cultivating a relationship of trust with them.
  4. Expand the relationships with existing Publishers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives.
  5. Work with ad networks and internal teams to run successful ad monetization strategies.
  6. Serve as the link of communication between publishers and Advertisers.
  7. Resolve any issues and problems faced, troubleshoot, and deal with complaints to maintain relationships.
  8. Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts for the accounts using key account metrics, along with providing timely the validation to the partners
  9. Analyse data and trends to proactively offer recommendations and solutions to upsell and renew existing clients with innovative ideas that focus on growing business
  10. Organize and coordinate communication between all involved internal and external parties
  11. Work closely with the team to ensure that the company’s short- and long-term goals are met, revenue goals, innovation, support, and maintenance.
  12. Training new talents to help in increasing sales


Knowledge of MMP is mandatory 

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
  2. 5+ years of experience in mobile growth and performance marketing
  3. Deep understanding of mobile app tracking, attribution, and optimization.
  4. Demonstrated success in developing and executing mobile growth and performance marketing strategies that drive business growth.
  5. Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to execute decision-making.
  6. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
  7. Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
