Growth Manager – China Region (Performance Mobile Agency)

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Growth Manager to lead and drive our performance mobile agency’s growth initiatives in the dynamic and competitive China market. As the Growth Manager for the China region, you will be instrumental in expanding our client base, building strategic partnerships, and implementing innovative growth strategies to achieve exceptional results.

Responsibilities:

1. Market Analysis: Conduct comprehensive market research to identify growth opportunities, industry trends, and potential clients in the China region. Analyze competitor strategies and benchmark against best practices.

2. Business Development: Develop and execute a strategic business development plan to acquire new clients and expand our agency’s footprint in China. Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.

a. Publishers which can run our existing Mobile application campaigns

b. Agencies & Brand partners which will bring us successful sales opportunities.

3. Client Acquisition: Lead the client acquisition process from prospecting to contract negotiation and deal closure. Provide persuasive sales pitches and tailored solutions that meet clients’ specific needs and objectives.

4. Partner Collaborations: Identify potential partners, affiliates, and media networks in the China region to drive additional growth opportunities. Establish mutually beneficial partnerships that enhance our service offerings.

5. Campaign Optimization: Work closely with our performance marketing team to analyze campaign performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement optimization strategies to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs).

6. Industry Events and Networking: Represent the agency at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to raise brand awareness, showcase expertise, and build a strong professional network.

7. Budget Management: Manage budgets for growth initiatives, ensuring optimal allocation and tracking of expenses to maximize returns.

8. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, creative, and analytics, to ensure seamless execution of growth initiatives and alignment with overall company goals.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.

2. Proven experience (2+ years) in a growth-focused role within the performance mobile marketing industry in China.

3. In-depth knowledge of the Chinese mobile advertising landscape, user behavior, and market trends.

4. Demonstrated success in driving business development and achieving sales targets in the performance marketing domain.

5. Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.

6. Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis tools and data-driven decision-making.

7. Strategic thinker with a passion for innovation and staying ahead of industry developments.

8. Fluency in Mandarin and English languages.
