Sales Manager (In-App) (RU/LATAM/BR)

Job Description

This role offers a unique opportunity to join our Mobile Performance department. This role will play a key role in our continued success and growth with the exciting opportunity to develop and manage their own network in the Industry.

Sales managers must motivate their teams to generate leads, build client relationships, set targets to hit or exceed revenue forecasts, and ultimately meet customer needs.

Experience Required : 2+ years

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Mandatory experience in a similar position for at least 1 year in RU/CIS/LATAM regions specifically with mobile applications (understanding the specifics of In-App sources and the process of purchasing mobile traffic)
  • Experience with white hat advertisers (e-commerce, utilities, etc.)
  • ! A big plus will be your own base of advertisers in the RU-zone and personal relationships with them
  • Knowledge of the main metrics and concepts in arbitration, the technical foundations of AppsFlyer, Adjust integration
  • Level of English proficiency – from B2 (possibility of written and oral communication)
  • Knowledge of Excel, Word
  • Proactivity (understanding that Sales Manager is the engine of progress!)
  • High level of communication skills, charisma
  • Hard work, ability to set goals and achieve high results
