Sales Manager (In-App) (RU/LATAM/BR/SEA)

Job Overview:

Cloven Media is seeking a Sales & Business Development Manager to drive brand and agency partnerships in the RU/LATAM/BR/SEA region. The ideal candidate will play a key role in acquiring new clients, managing relationships, and acting as a liaison between internal teams and external partners.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Business Development & Client Acquisition

  • Identify and onboard brands and agencies in the RU/LATAM/BR/SEA region for performance marketing and advertising partnerships.
  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to expand Cloven Media’s presence in the region.
  • Generate leads, pitch services, and close high-value deals with advertisers.

2. Client Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with brands, agencies, and key decision-makers.
  • Ensure client satisfaction by understanding their needs and providing tailored advertising solutions.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for RU/LATAM/BR/SEA -based clients.

3. Cross-Team Collaboration

  • Act as a bridge between Cloven Media’s internal teams (campaign, creative, analytics, tech) and clients.
  • Communicate client expectations, campaign goals, and feedback to internal teams to ensure smooth execution.
  • Work closely with internal teams to optimize campaign performance and ensure seamless service delivery.

4. Industry Representation & Networking

  • Represent Cloven Media at regional industry events, conferences, and trade shows to attract new clients and partners.
  • Stay updated on RU/LATAM/BR/SEA’s advertising landscape, market trends, and competitors.
  • Build a strong professional network within the digital marketing, programmatic, and performance marketing industry.

Key Requirements:

  • 3-5+ years of experience in sales, business development, or account management in digital advertising.
  • Proven track record of bringing brands and agencies on board, particularly in the RU/LATAM/BR/SEA region.
  • Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills to maintain long-term partnerships.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to pitch services and represent the company.
  • Experience in programmatic, mobile marketing, or performance-based advertising is a plus.
  • Ability to travel for regional industry events and client meetings as required.
